Learn from Dhwani’s Experience

I'm a 21-year-old fashion designer who has worked with an international brand as a fashion merchandizer, Model, and brand representative. However, my interest shifted towards influencer marketing, so I explored better opportunities.

One day, I saw an Instagram ad for DRIM, and with around 1550 followers, I was excited to see I fit their criteria. I quickly applied, and after passing several rounds, I started training on January 15th.

Initially, my performance didn't meet my expectations—I made only one publication during my training and 10 in my first month. But then I received a fast start bonus that boosted my confidence.

By March, I increased my publications to 27, showing real progress. My mentors supported me greatly throughout the journey. I'm thankful for DRIM's flexibility, allowing me to explore new areas without time constraints.

To anyone feeling disheartened by early rejections, remember: learning is a journey with ups and downs. Stick with it, and you'll see your efforts bear fruit.

Do I Need Experience to be an Influencer Manager?

No. You would get training from scratch and all the guidance needed. Our expert mentors will be there to guide you on every step. They will help you close your publications, plan better, and even guide you to advance in your career.

Learn from Rashadbi’s Experience

I am a mentor by profession and a student by choice. My journey with DRIM began unexpectedly in March 2022 when my sister, @Heena_Mullani, encouraged me. Her immense support has shaped who I am today.

Initially, my role as a scout was challenging, but I soon adapted and began to thrive as I learned the system. A few months in, I was chosen for a mentorship program for growth at DRIM.

Following that, I received my first salary at just 19. This platform has boosted my confidence and helped me gain financial freedom.

Today, I serve as a mentor, negotiator, and moderator in the "harmful blogger" group, and I’m proud to stand alongside my peers as a scout. The journey hasn’t been easy, but believing in myself has paved my path to success. Challenging yourself is indeed the key to achieving your goals.

A heartfelt thanks to everyone. Here’s to continued success for everyone at DRIM— together, we achieve more!

How Will I Grow as an Influencer Manager?

Working as an influencer manager, you will have many growth opportunities. You can build your own agency or be a mentor. You can also join DRIM as a Negotiator and Training Manager. It all depends on how you wish to take your career forward.

Learn from Ramya’s Experience

I am Ramya from Tamil Nadu, an MBA graduate looking for remote work opportunities due to family constraints. This was when I found DRIM and joined it on June 10, 2024.

During my training period, I did one publication and felt happy about it. In the first month of work, I did 23 publications, and one of my bloggers achieved good results. In August, I was offered the role of Negotiator.

Despite initial challenges that tempted me to quit, I committed fully and am thrilled to be part of DRIM. Being part of DRIM’s success story so soon is surprising and exciting.

To all newcomers, don't be deterred by early setbacks. Consistency, hard work, and regular engagement with bloggers are crucial. Plan your days, follow up diligently, and success will follow. Best wishes on your journey!
