Role of HR Mentor at DRIM

At DRIM, HR mentors are integral to nurturing this environment and offer a unique blend of support, challenge, and inspiration to build the careers of mentees. Our HR mentors can transform you into an Influencer Marketing Specialist without the need for any prior experience or knowledge of digital marketing.

The primary roles of DRIM HR mentors are as follows:

  • Training and Adaptation of New Employees

At DRIM, the HR mentors conduct a 2-week training program for all the scouts to equip them with the skills needed to be Influencer Marketing Specialist. Starting from offering foundational skills to expert knowledge, they ensure a smooth transition into our dynamic work environment to become productive members of the DRIM team.

  • Monitoring and Reporting on the Progress of Newbies

DRIM's HR mentors actively monitor and report on the progress of each new hire throughout the training period and beyond. This ongoing evaluation helps mentees to learn from feedback and meet their professional goals better. Also, as proactive teachers in the process, mentors help the mentees identify their potential to stay ahead.

  • Contribution to the Development and Enhancement of Training Processes

Our HR mentors are active participants in building the educational strategy and improving our training processes. By gathering feedback from the mentees, they have helped us develop DRIM's Influencer Talent Manager Training Program. Starting from the internship to the adaptation phase, this 2-week program prepares scouts to be successful Influencer Talent Managers under the guidance of DRIM HR mentors.

In a nutshell, our HR mentors guide, train, and support the mentees at all stages. Owing to their commitment, we are celebrating them today on Teachers' Day.
